2.1. Time Frame: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2.2. Condition of Items:

– Crystal stones must be in their original, unused condition.

– Jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2.3. Exceptions:

– Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

– Sale items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return:

– Log into your account on our website and fill out the return form, or

3.2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3.3. Please include the RMA number and your original order number with your return package.

3.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

4.Refunds

4.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.3. Processing time:

– Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

– Other payment methods may take up to 14 business days.

5.Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7.Crystal Care

7.1. Please note that some crystals may naturally change over time due to exposure to sunlight, water, or other environmental factors. These changes are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

7.2. We provide care instructions with each crystal. Damage due to improper care is not covered by our return policy.
